I scheduled my appointment online, as they suggest, waited for 3 hours and showed up on time to be told that my appointment had been purged and that they were closing in 5 minutes. Even tho I had the email confirmation for my appointment, Courtney the stylist, told me I had either missed my appointment or was at the wrong location…both options proven incorrect by the email I was showing her on my phone.

I have been going to this particular Sports Clip for 2-3 years. Until today, I have always had great service. I arrived at the store an hour before closing, and they would not let me register. There were 5 names ahead of me and 4 stylists. I asked if they were sure, and they said yes. Now, if the store is going to stop taking walk ins, an hour before the sign says they are closed, then change the sign. I was in the restaurant business for many years and if someone walked in 5 minutes before the restaurant closed, we ALWAYS served them. This place, however, would not take me an hour before they closed. They have lost a long term customer, who always got the MVP, and tipped 30-40%, FOREVER!!

I think you need to understand how online booking works. On Friday Sept. 27, I went online and signed myself up for the stylist that would be available around 5pm. My time was :5:04pm, so I had time to do some errands and then I walked into the shop right around 7 minutes before 5. On the board it showed my name and 23 minutes, the store was quite busy and there were several people in the waiting room and the board was full. My name then showed 2 minutes and I was getting ready to go, it was around 5:17pm by now (12 minutes past time originally planned, which was not a big deal) So my stylist then comes in and calls someone else, someone who had walked in after I had already been there. This person was just signed in as first available and I was set for the particular stylist. So then I was bumped back and would have been waiting another 30 to 40 minutes. So I left and since this has happened before, I will not be back.
